I had the comforter professionally cleaned one time and the entire insides of the comforter broke apart. What should I do?
Dry cleaning damage is not a manufacturer defect, all returns and exchanges can only be made through the retail store of purchase. We are more than confident that we manufacture only top quality merchandise. All Veratex items, before entering production are thoroughly tested by the government testing facility SGSUS Testing. This is not required in our industry, but we feel the expense is worth it as there is a considerable cost involved when setting up a new pattern in our line. We manufacture by the thousands and would not risk faulty product that would only incur more costs in returns from retail stores. Therefore our items are always "problem free" before they ever hit the consumer market place. In addition, your particular pattern has a long history, over 3 years, with thousands of comforters in circulation that have no such problems as you have described. We would kindly suggest that you speak with your dry cleaners and perhaps they can replace this for you.
